Tilla Drops First Music Video For Aquila Records, Caro

TillaTilla (formerly Tillaman) who signed up with Shina Peller’s Aquila Records last month, has dropped his first video under the label.

Earlier in the week, the brand new single from the popular singer, “Caro (OMG!)”, was released to a very resounding reception from fans and critics alike.

The video was shot by ace director Clarence Peters’ Capital Dreams Pictures on location in Lagos, Nigeria.

In other news, Tilla has been billed to perform at the Mavin Concert in Manchester on Tuesday 21st October and London on Thursday 23rd October.

Tillman Now ‘TILLA’, Releases New Singles, Photos

Tillaman, who has a few popular songs to his credit, bagged a political appointment as Youth Musical Ambassador in his home-state, Oyo State, but it seemed all did not fetch him the ‘superstar’ status he craved.

According to a recent release, this was because “the brand needed to come of age”. Hence, the birth of TILLA.

“TILLA is everything TILLAMAN was, in higher measures, and a lot more. Not only are we just about to experience the VOICE in all its richness, strength at ranges and pitches unimaginable, we’re also just about to meet the sweet, smooth, sensual gentleman that is the new man, TILLA.

All name labels and other representations will henceforth bear the name “TILLA” instead of “TILLAMAN”.

TILLA also recently teamed up with producer J-Fem (best known for producing W4’s monster-hit, Kontrol) and in introducing us to the new man TILLA as well as this new musical synergy between him and J-Fem, The songs are both mastered by Foster Zeeno.

Tillaman Releases “Rumba Style” Video

tillamanPop singer, Tillaman has released the video for “Rumba Style,” his first solo effort since parting ways with his erstwhile record label.

“Shot on location in Ireland, the video strays away from common stereotypes, while still being able to thrill and entertain,” Tillaman’s management said.

Rumba Style was co-directed by Ciaran McGrath and Tillaman himself.

The Real Omoba, as he’s fondly called by fans, will be releasing his debut album on a yet-to-be named label later this year.

He’s presently in Europe, recording and shooting videos for subsequent releases.

Creddy F Drops Video For ‘Scooby Scooby’

Upcoming rap artiste, Creddy F has released the video for his song titled, Scooby Scooby, which was initially released in 2012 and featured popular act, LKT (Alaye).

Crescent Patrick Nwanagu,  who is also known as Creddy F is now back with the video directed by one of Nigeria’s ace music video directors, Patrick Elis.

Patrick Ellis has directed several other music videos including Eva’s ‘Lights Out,’ Baba Dee’s ‘Gum Body,’ Tillaman’s ‘Ko Ma Roll’ to mention a few.

MUSIC: Tillaman Drops New Singles Rumba Style, Miss Africa

Popular Nigerian artiste, Tillaman, born Adeyemi Adetona has released two new singles titled, ‘Rumba Style’ and ‘Miss Africa’ featuring upcoming act, Tolu.

The music maestro who broke into the Nigerian music industry with his party tune, Pu Yanga, has rose to even more fame with the release of his hit tracks, Ko Ma Roll and Ori Owo.

His increasing popularity also earned him special recognition from the Oyo state government as he was awarded with the Youth Musical Ambassador title.

Tillaman is taking his game a notch higher as he thrills his fans with his new singles, Rumba Style and Miss Africa, produced by Skillz YBRL.

DJ Xclusive has released the video for his popular single, ‘No Time,’ featuring Skales, May D and Tillaman.

Directed by Squareball AdasaCookey, the video depicts DJ Xclusive as the debonair party-starting hero, adroitly incorporating his signature style.

The video features guest appearances from a few celebrities including May D, Banky W, Skales, Shaydee, Niyola, Tillaman, Uti Nwachukwu, and a host of others.

The video comes right after Xclusive’s hosting of Big Brother Africa: The Chase live eviction show last weekend where he thrilled crowds in South Africa as well as the entire African continent with his famed repertoire. He took his place in the DJ’s booth at the Channel O Party for the Chase Mates last.

Nigerian Afro pop singer, Tillaman stunned attendees of a party when he rode in on a horse.

The ‘Ko ma roll’ crooner who headlined a recent music concert, Industry Nite, wowed the audience riding  to the event on his new beast!

It was a music-filled night as Tillaman, his band, DJ XGee, DJ Spinall and guests artistes like Zyhno Spikes, Trigga, Vector, JJC, Tunde Ednut and others thrilled the audience.

Speaking about his song, Ori Owo, which many say deserves more airplay than it is currently enjoying, Tillaman told Channels Television in an exclusive chat that “Ori Owo is a great song and it deserves all the exposure a song can get. But then again, you will be surprised at how far the song has gone.”

He also expressed his desire for priracy to become history in the entertainment industry, “so artistes can actually reap as much as they deserve”.

Also in attendance were Euphoric Dynasty: CEO The General, DJ Xclusive, Morachi, Shank, Modenine, Nivvy G, General Pype, Jahborne, Uzi, Blink, DJ Kentalky, Mr 2K, several radio and TV OAPs amongst others.

Growing up in South London, Tillaman, who describes himself as the “Real Omo’ba” says his major influences are artists like Heavy D, Rakeem, Boys2men, 2pac, Notorious B.I.G, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Wu Tang Clan.
