Dr. Maryanne Ude (FCIHRM, FITD) is the Assistant General Manager (HR/Admin.) of Channels Television. She joined Channels Television HQ in 2003 as a pioneer Staff of the HR Department.
She is responsible for the overall provision of Human Resources services, policy execution, and programs for Channels Television, Abuja. Maryanne is a graduate of Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the National Open University of Nigeria.
Maryanne originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented inclusion, high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, and ongoing development of a superior workforce. She is responsible for the execution of processes that support the achievement of company goals.
She has attended several Trainings, Seminars and Workshops, and has contributed to Talent Development through knowledge sharing, skills development, capacity building, coaching, and mentoring of young talents, seeing them achieve giant strides in their fields of practice and within the workplace environment.
Maryanne is a Doctoral fellow of the Chartered Institute Of Human Resource Management and a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development.
