The Chief Coach of the Super Eagles, Stephen Keshi has confirmed that he will make a slight adjustment to his tactics following the Eagle’s goalless draw against the Wasps of Rwanda during the first leg of the qualifier for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.

“Some factors went wrong but we will correct it later on,” said the coach after the match which was his first game in charge of the eagles.

“This is not what we came for – a draw – but I would take a draw home” he said adding that “it is much better than losing.”

However, the coach heaped praises on the new defence pairing of Joseph Yobo and Azubuike Egwuekwe of Warri wolves

The game also marked the competitive debut of winger Victor Moses and a return call for Blackburn’s striker, Yakubu Aiyegbeni.

The second leg of the clash will take place on the weekend of June 15-17.  Nigeria’s opening qualifiers for the 2014 World cup will also hold then.
