Felix Adedayo a 43 year old bus driver on Monday, appeared before the Magistrate court in Yaba Lagos, for raping a 17 year old food vendor.
The prosecutor, Godwin Anyanwu, said Adedayo who stays at Adisatu Close in Orile, raped the 17-year-old on July 30 at the Oyingbo Motor Park.
The prosecutor also told the court that the defendant pretended to buy Agidi being sold by the teenager when the incident occurred, thereby committing an offence that contravened Section 258 of the Criminal Code Laws of Lagos State.
The Magistrate has adjourned the case for further hearing.
