2015 Elections: Former US envoy urges Nigeria to tackle unemployment

Former United States of America Ambassador to Nigeria, Ms Robin Sanders has advised the federal government to address issues of demography and unemployment ahead of the next general elections in Nigeria.

Ms Sanders who gave the advice in Abuja shortly after addressing a closed-door session of participants at the National Defence College explained that Nigeria can emulate the success story of the recent election in the United States of America which re-elected President Barack Obama for another four years.

Also in an interview with Channels Television, the Commandant of the college, Rear Admiral Thomas Lokoson, stated that the college will continue to provide the platform required for leaders to transform their environment.
