The Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, has faulted the 2015 General Elections’ time-table recently released by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), saying it leaves a loophole for election rigging.

Speaking to reporters in Asaba, Delta State, on Wednesday, after a meeting of some members of the All Progressives Congress, Governor Oshiomhole said that INEC’s explanation to Nigerians about why it decided  it would conduct the Presidential elections before others, was a deviation from the old pattern.

Emerging from the APC meeting at the party’s Secretariat in Asaba Governor Oshiomhole urged INEC to remain the unbiased umpire.

Governor Oshiomhole maintained that the All Progressive Congress (APC) was different from other parties based on its principle of popular participation

He called on the people of Delta State to come out and register in the APC membership registration exercise, which stated on Wednesday .
