Air Force To Investigate Dornier 288 Crash

The Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshall Sadique Abubakar said he has set up an investigation panel to look into the cause of the crash of an aircraft belonging to the Nigeria Air Force in Kaduna.

Air Vice Marshal Abubakar, made this known on Saturday while inspecting the Nigeria Air Force Aircraft 270, a new addition to boost operations of the Force in Port Harcourt .

Seven people died after the Dornier 288 military aircraft crashed into the site of the old Nigeria Defence Academy on Saturday, shortly after take-off.
