The Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, recently received the Chinese delegation at the Government House in Owerri the Imo State capital.
He said that the MoU signed with the Chinese company is a testimony that the vision of the second phase of his administration, which is majorly on industrialisation and creation of job opportunities, has kicked off.
He promised that the state government would give the Chinese company the necessary support and assistance needed to concretise the take-off of the project.
