More Goals At Channels National Kids Cup Preliminaries Day-2

It is day-two of the Lagos Preliminaries of the Channels National Kids Cup and the goals are already flying in.

In the first game of the day, Mas-mas Primary School, Mile 12, thrashed Al-Faruq Primary School 6-0 at the Campos Square in Lagos.

Tope Johnson, Shakiru Faruq and Shakiru Basit ‎scored two goals each in the comprehensive victory.

Rockford Primary School also reached the second round by beating Catony Primary School 4-1 while Christlead beat Maryland Convent 4-0. Lyncrest walked over Green Haven to advance.

At the Onikan Center, Christ Assembly progressed into the next round after beating Revival Primary School 4-3 on penalties following a 3-3 draw in regulation time.

Damann Primary School edged Supreme Education Foundation 3-2 while Straitgate School beat Excel Immaculate 4-0 to also advance.

In the day’s last game National Primary School beat St Joseph 6-1.
