Ogun State government says it has approved the sale of 2018 public service entry examination forms since Wednesday, November 29.

According to a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ogun State Civil Service Commission, Mrs Amope Chokor, this is in accordance with the provision of schemes of service in the Ogun State Civil Service.

The government said competitive candidates for administrative officers, accountants, engineers, education officers, medical officers, pharmacists, nurse tutors, and state counsels among other cadres on relevant entry grade levels would be eligible for the exercise.

The examination, which would be conducted by the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), would include other written examination, series of tests and interviews to be conducted by the Civil Service Selection Board and a final oral interview before the Civil Service Commission.

However, candidates seeking appointment into the various advertised post are required to possess a degree in any of the indicated disciplines.

Also, holders of Higher National Diploma were asked not apply except they possess a postgraduate diploma and a master’s degree, or a professional certificate in the relevant field.
