Amid the ongoing conflict and onslaught between Israel and Hamas, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has stated that God will give the Israelis ‘absolute victory’.

Pastor Adeboye made this statement in a video clip posted on his verified X on Wednesday.

The cleric noted that his prayers are with the people of Israel and that they have the support of the RCCG members worldwide.

“Hello, my beloved brothers in Israel, I want you to know that we are praying for you that all members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God all over the world are standing by you at this very critical moment.

“The almighty God, the Holy One of Israel, will give you absolute victory and give you permanent peace from now on in the mighty name of Jesus. It’s going to be well with you, and we pray that this one will be the war that will be the end of all wars in Israel, that from now on it will be peace and progress, and nobody will ever again disturb the peace of Israel,” Adeboye said.

According to him, the RCCG is in mourning and fasting with optimism to get good results from the conflict.

“This is our cry to the almighty God, and we believe he has heard us, and we believe that the answer has come, and very soon this war will be over sooner than later. It shall be so because we know that God answers our prayers,” he said.

Saturday’s surprise attack has seen the death of hundreds of Israelis in their homes, on the streets, and at an outdoor music festival after its militants stormed through a border fence – a shocking one in Israel’s 75-year history.

However, according to Israeli forces, the Islamist militants’ assault has claimed a total of 1,200 lives during the conflict.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed Thursday to crush Hamas, urging the world to treat the Islamist militants the same way as the Islamic State group.

“Every Hamas member is a dead man,” the veteran right-wing Israeli leader said, again likening them to the Islamic State group and promising: “We will crush them and destroy them as the world has destroyed Daesh.”

Netanyahu alleged that the attackers engaged in atrocities, including binding boys and girls and shooting them in the head, burning people alive, raping women, and beheading soldiers.

At least 13 Israeli and foreign hostages held in the northern Gaza Strip have been killed in Israeli air strikes in the past 24 hours, Hamas’s armed wing said Friday.
