Senate President Godswill Akpabio, on Saturday, said the disunity among members of the management team of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) created problems for the agency.
Akpabio spoke at the grand finale of the 25th anniversary of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
