Niger tornadoes technical adviser, Godwin Koko Uwua has resigned his appointment with the Nigeria National League (NNL) side.

Uwua joined the Minna-based side at the start of the 2012/2013 NNL season after the side parted ways with their former manager, Justin Tenger.

Assistant coach, Hamza Mohammed has been asked to take charge of the side until a substantive technical adviser is appointed.

The former Super Eagles Assistant Coach has had a frosty relationship with his employers in his short stint at the Minna-based side leading to a two-match away win ultimatum.
