The Super Falcons have booked their entry for the 2012 African Women’s Championship (AWC) by defaeting the Zimbabwean Warriors 4-0.

The reigning African Champions, defeated the Mighty Warriors of Zimbabwe by 4-0 in the final qualifying fixture at Teslim Balogun stadium, Lagos on Saturday.

Falcons had won the first fixture in Harare 2-0 a fortnight ago to bring the aggregate score to 6-0.

The reigning African footballer of the year, Perpetua Nkwocha scored the opener at the sixth minute, while Oparanozie scored the second goal in the 14th minute.

Two minutes later, Esther Sunday made it three goals to end the first 45minutes, while the fourth goal was scored by Stella Mbachu’s in the 55th minute.

The 2012 African Women’s Championship will be hosted in Equatorial Guinea, in November.
