No casualty was recorded in the fire that started on Wednesday morning.
The Secretary-General of the federation, Musa Ahmadu, confirmed that the fire started from the chief accountant’s office and spread to that of the President and Secretary-General.
The fire destroyed vital documents in the offices affected and as a result of the incident all roads leading to the secretariat have been blocked.
The cause of the the fire has not been identified.
The fire is coming just as the NFF is witnessing leadership tussle, which had prompted the World football governing body, FIFA, to write to the NFF on Thursday, ordering the re-instatement of Aminu Maigari, who was removed few weeks ago, as president of the NFF.
