The members of  All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State have expressed their readiness to accept the supporters of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to their fold whenever they are ready to decamp.

The party, however, stressed that any member of the PDP joining the APC must abide by the party’s rules and regulations.

The former state chairman of the Congress for Progressive Change, who is a leader of APC, Suleiman Buhari, explained that the party’s constitution would have to be fully adhered to by the new members as there would be no special recognition.

“This is a party guided by a constitution and we will work as a team to checkmate whoever is coming in to ensure that the party’s rules and regulations as set at the national level is adhered to,” Mr Buhari stated.
