The Chief Operating Officer, Oando Energy Resources, Gbite Falade, has said that the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting will help economic growth of many nations and that this can only happen when all the players in the private and public sectors are brought together.
He said that the summit would help create an enabling environment that could create wealth and develop new jobs for the young population of Nigeria.
Speaking on Channels Television’s Saturday Sunrise programme, Mr. Falade stated that the forum is a partnership that will be on the basis of the right policy frame work which will enable the government make those policies to come into effect.
He advised that the private sector should be willing to ride on those opportunities to create the platform for wealth as a country, stating that they (private sector) should use the ideas gotten from the summit and the forth coming “African edition” of the summit in May which Nigeria will host.
Mr. Falade emphasized the need for continuous brain storming between the private and the public sector.
