Veteran comedian, Kayode Olaiya, popularly known as Aderupoko, played the comic sidekick sergeant to the lead character in Kunle Afolayan’s big budget detective drama ‘October 1’.
The actor, who had many years earlier collaborated with Afolayan’s father, Ade Love, on many films, shared his experience on the set of ‘October 1’ .
The story is based on a Nigerian Police Detective, Dan Waziri, who is sent to the trading town of Akote, by the British, to solve series of female murders.
He must solve the mystery of these deadly attacks before October 1.
