The Special Adviser to the President on Political Affairs, Professor Rufai Alkali, delivered the message from the President on Tuesday in Abuja at a meeting with the leadership of the Fulani herdsmen, the Myetti Allah Socio-cultural Organisation of Nigeria.

Professor Alkali also emphasised the need for the herdsmen to take the issue of education of their children seriously.

There have been series of crises between the Fulani herdsmen and farmers within Nigeria’s central region, a development that the presidency is seeking to end.
