As Nigerians prepare for the Governorship and State Assembly elections, an international election observer group, All Nigeria Nationals In the Diaspora (ANNID) has advised the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to urgently address the issue of card reader failure experienced in some states, in order to have a hitch-free election.

Presenting a preliminary report of the election to journalists in Abuja, the acting Global Chairperson of the group, Dr Justina Obi who identified other anomalies, said the delayed accreditation of voters in some polling centers, negatively affected the electoral process.
