Ferrari driver, Sebastian Vettel, won the Singapore Grand Prix earlier on Sunday, as Championship leader, Lewis Hamilton retired at the Marina Bay Circuit.
Vettel, the pole sitter, led the race from start to finish in his Ferrari to take the chequered flag ahead of Daniel Ricciardo’s Red Bull, with Kimi Raikkonen’s Ferrari finishing third.
The victory is Vettel’s third of the season and has closed the gap between him and Hamilton to within 49 points with six rounds remaining.
The next race is the Japanese Grand Prix in Suzuka on September 27.
