The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr John Oyegun, says that Nigeria’s economic situation is affecting the finances of the party.
The APC chieftain made the observation on Monday while briefing reporters in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
He said that the party had resorted to seeking creative ways of raising money to boost its finances.
Mr Oyegun also said that President Muhammadu Buhari was aware of the tough times Nigerians are confronted with as a results of the economic challenges in the country.
He gave the assurance that the Federal Government was doing everything possible to stabilise the nation’s economy.
