Zamfara Governor Appoints SSG, Chief Of Staff, Others

He appointed Mukhtar Lugga as the Chief of Staff.

The Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, has appointed Alhaji Abubakar Nakwada as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).

The governor equally appointed Mukhtar Lugga as the Chief of Staff.

In a statement on Tuesday, the governor also approved the appointment of Sharifudden Jatto as Private Secretary to the Governor while Imran Rufa’i Ahmad would play the role of Personal Assistant to the Governor.

Furthermore, Aminu Almajir is to serve as Deputy Chief of Staff Administration, while, Sulaiman Bala Idris would now be Senior Special Assistant, New Media.

Others appointed are Nura Almajir, Senior Special Assistant, Political Matters; Zahradeen Bello Imam, Senior Special Assistant, Protocol Matters; Pharm. Abdulmajid Anka, Senior Special Assistant, Governor’s Office; Mustapha Jafaru Kaura, Senior Special Assistant, Media and Public Affairs; Faruk Ahmad Shettiman Rijiya, Senior Special Assistant, Press Affairs; Kabiru Lawal Muhammad, Senior Special Assistant, Domestic Affairs.

Mr Shamsuddeen Ibrahim is to play the role of Senior Special Assistant, Domestic Affairs while Ali Akilu Bungudu become the Senior Special Assistant, Economic Matters.

In a similar vein, Mugira Yusuf has been appointed Special Assistant, New Media; and Babangida Bisu has been given the position of Special Assistant on Protocol.
