Ondo elections, Akeredolu Warns Supporters Against External Influence

Ondo elections, Akeredolu, Road RehabilitationThe All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Ondo state, Rotimi Akeredolu, has promised to focus on rehabilitating roads in rural areas, if he is elected.

While visiting some communities including Ajegunle, Laje, Orisumbare, Satiday, Ajebambo in Ondo West one and two, on the second day of his campaign, Mr Akeredolu assured the people of better living conditions.

He also promised to create more local government areas to bring development closer to the people.

Akeredolu has in previous times expressed confidence that irrespective of the current challenges of the party, the APC would form the next government in the state.

The APC governorship candidate had also made a mockery of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), saying he would defeat the party’s factional candidates if put together in the polls.

Also, the National Chairman of the APC, Mr John Oyegun, had asked members of his party in Ondo State to mobilise for the governorship candidate of the party, Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, in the November 26 election in Ondo State.

He had opined that wrestling power out of the hand of the current government was not an easy task.

He then urged supporters saying: “for the APC to win the poll, dedication and hard work are major requirements needed from its members”.
