The Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting being presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari is still on going with the 2016 Budget top of the agenda.

The meeting is expected to take a concrete decision on what to do with the budget, which has been with the Presidency for two weeks since its passage by the National Assembly.

The meeting, which started at exactly 11AM inside the Council Chambers, has in attendance Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal and most ministers.
