Super Eagles beat Liberia 2-0 in Friendly
Warri Wolves attacking midfielder;Sunday Mbah netted a brace in the first half to hand the home based Eagles a two nil victory against the Lone Stars of Liberia in an international friendly at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium in Central Monrovia.
It was the third game of Stephen Keshi as the Head Coach of the Nigerian side,following tune-up games against Botswana and Zambia.
Meanwhile,the NFF Technical sub-committee says that the list of the Super Eagles’ players to struggle for jerseys in the crucial 2013 African Cup of Nations qualifying match against the Wasps of Rwanda in Kigali at the end of this month would be made known tommorrow.
The Nigeria delegation going to Kigali for the match on February 29th would fly into the East African Nation aboard chartered flight on the eve of the match.
The match to be played at the artificial turf of the Amahoro National Stadium will start at 3:30mp in the afternoon which will be 1:30pm in Nigeria.
