The call for the restructuring of Nigeria as a nation has been described as a misplaced priority that will not augur well for the development and growth of Nigeria.
Addressing a news conference in Abuja ahead of the Fixing Nigeria Initiative organised by The Kukah Centre, the Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese and Founder of The Kukah Centre, Bishop Mathew Kukah, said it is Nigerians that need restructuring and not the Nation.
He adds that what is wrong and has remained wrong with Nigeria is poor leadership vision by ill-prepared Nigerians who find themselves in leadership positions without adequate plan to improve the lot of people.
