AbiaMarket women and youths have taken to the streets of Calabar to call on the federal government to hasten the modalities delaying the commencement of the 260km superhighway project.

Many of them held banners and placards with different inscriptions such as; “Superhighway our dream for a better tomorrow”, “our economic development depends on the superhighway”.

The Leader of the Women Group, Mrs. Vivian Imogbo expressed their support for the State 260km superhighway project considering the many benefits and opportunities the project holds for the future of the State.
