Anambra CP Urges Newly Decorated Officers To Be Professional

Anambra State Commissioner of Police, Hosea-Hassan Karma, has cautioned Police officers attached to VIPs to carry out their duties with profound professionalism and never drag the image of the force to the mud with unwholesome and unacceptable conduct.

He gave this advice during the decoration of 74 Police officers attached to the Amambra State government House in Amawbia.

In a media chat, CP Karma advised Police officers attached to VIPs and politicians to be professional and responsible when going about their duties and never with their conduct bring disrepute to the force.

Governor of the State, Willie Obiano who participated in decorating the officers, urged them to continue to carry out their responsibilities effectively as promotion signals higher responsibility.

He encouraged the ones who were not promoted to remain committed as theirs would come.

The newly promoted officers were in the cadres of Corporals, Sergeants and Inspectors.

It was the first time in the history of the Government House of Anambra State that a large number of Police officers attached to it were promoted and decorated.
