
The students also prevented both academic and non-academic staff of the university from entering the premises on Monday.
The students said their action was in protest against the failure of Oyo and Osun states, which jointly own the institution, to address challenges in the institution despite repeated complaints.
The UTME started on Saturday and was expected to continue today, but while candidates in other centres took the examination, those whose centre was in LAUTECH would have to wait on the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board to decide their fate.
