The Nasarawa State Governor, Tanko Al-Makura has decribed the death of the former governor, Aliyu Akwe Doma as a monumental loss to everyone in the state and Nigerians at large.

He called on all residents in the state to emulate the good virtues of hospitality, leadership, integrity and patriotism exhibited by the former governor.

Governor Al-Makura made these remarks during his condolence visit to his family

The governor through his press secretary, Musa Elayo, commended the support he gave his government and the fatherly advise he rendered towards him.

He was accompanied by the wife of the Speaker, Maryam Balarabe Abdullahi and other government officials.
