Barcelona fans have had to deal with their pains after the Spanish football club crashed out of the Champions League in a what most described as a shocking exit.
Kostas Manolas had sent Roma through to the semi-finals on Tuesday after an incredible 3-0 victory over Barcelona saw the Italian side overhaul a 4-1 first-leg deficit and advance on away goals.

However, Barcelona fans seemed not to have come into reality with the outcome of the match as supporters from rivalry clubs took to Twitter on Wednesday to mock the La Liga title hopefuls.

So Barcelona fans have remembered the Bartomeu narrative again? Takes just one (very) bad result for fans to turn on you. Football.

Barcelona fans, its time to get over what AS Roma did to yall. Just 4 today don’t think about ur club or Messi or even Ronaldo, just think about yourself. Do something that will make u feel better so that when Real Madrid qualifies into the Semi Finals, you don’t feel bad again.

Those Barcelona players should not come back to Spain again ooo. How would you jeopardize 4 – 1 lead just like that when you are not Chelsea or Arsenal. They should just be sleeping at Pope’s house.

Good morning Barcelona Fans,

I hope you’re not experiencing heart attack?

Honestly the way Barcelona let Messi down is one of the biggest tragedies of this sport. A player with his talent could’ve achieved a lot more in his career. Chose loyalty instead of CLs and BdOs.
Will probably only win +10 leagues and maybe 5 CLs (most of them single-handedly).— Jimmy (@FCBJimmy_) April 11, 2018
Real madrid left 3 goals for the Italian community. Barcelona arrogantly went to take them back…🤣🤣🤣 IDIOTS 😂😂😂 pic.twitter.com/KNrMHt3RNO

Supporting Barcelona is not just a hobby, it’s a lifestyle. Part of your life starts revolving around the club. You feel the emotions, you feel the excitement, you feel the pain. It’s a club like no other.

Barcelona players say they feel awful. They should be ashamed. Blew an opportunity to win the treble because they didn’t expect the Roma performance. What an entitled bunch!!!
