Voting has finally commenced at FHA Lugbe after several hours of uncertainty.
Voters who came out very early said that as at about 11am, there were no INEC official in sight at most of the polling units within FHA Lugbe.
Somewhere at noon, some five INEC vehicles with personnel drove past the area and were not certain about the exact location they had been posted to.
Eager to cast their ballots, residents said the confusion must have been as a result of the reassignment of polling units carried out by INEC in a bid to decongest some polling units.
It some volunteers to help coordinate the lines for smooth voting to commence and this was way past noon.
However, unlike in some other areas, most of the individuals who came out to vote stayed back to ensure that they carried out their civic responsibilities.
