Tribunal Resumes Hearing Of PDP’s Petition Challenging Tinubu’s Victory

So far, the main opposition party has called 26 witnesses to prove its case.

The Presidential Election Petition Court has resumed proceedings on the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) challenging the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25 election.

Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) was declared the winner of the keenly contested presidential election.

The PDP is one of the parties that are displeased with the outcome of the polls and have approached the tribunal to nullify Tinubu’s victory.
