A former desk officer in charge of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) at the Federal Character Commission (FCC), Haruna Kolo, has implicated the Chairman of the commission, Mrs Muheeba Dankaka, of being the brains behind job fraud allegations.

Dankaka’s alleged role was revealed on Monday as Kolo faces accusations of collecting monies from people to offer them jobs.

He made the submission during the hearing of the House ad hoc committee investigating the alleged job racketeering and abuse of IPPIS by Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
