The governor commended the Sokoto delegation for their exemplary conduct, noting that none of the state’s pilgrims were found violating Saudi Arabian laws during their stay.

Aliyu reiterated his administration’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of all Sokoto residents, including those on religious pilgrimage.

He also extended special appreciation to the State Amirul Hajj, Alhaji Ummarun Kwabo, and the officials of the Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency for their tireless efforts in coordinating a successful Hajj.

The governor urged the pilgrims to remember Nigeria in their prayers, especially in tackling the challenges of insecurity and national development.
