Two internationally acclaimed movie stars of Nigerian ancestry, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Uzoamaka Aduba have earned themselves a nomination each at the 2014 EMMY A  wards.

The star of 12 Years A Slave gets a nomination in the Best Actor in a Mini Series or Telefilm category for his role in Dancing on the Edge.

while Uzo Aduba has been nominated in the Guest Best Actress category for her role in the movie, Orange which is a  new black movie.

Idris Elba was nominated alongside Chiwetel in the same category and Uzo was nominated alongside Melissa McCarthy in the same category.
