A lawyer and guest at Sunrise Daily, George Eke on Monday said that the facts from the report of the House of Representatives committee that probed the management of the fuel subsidy fund are strong enough for the government to take action.
Mr. Eke said that though he agrees with the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Bello-Adoki that those indicted in the report cannot be prosecuted, the president can begin to fire those indicted and who are head of a government agency.
