Director of Constitutional Watch, Aham Njoku has given President Goodluck Jonathan a pass mark for his deeds as president in the last one year.
He claimed that despite the expectations that preceded the present administration, the standards are to be measured in two ways; things that need urgent attention and those that need to be given a gestation period to materialize.
He pinpointed security, education but could not hold his own on power as sectors which the president has done remarkably well.
He also commended the president for appointing Prof. Barth Nnaji as Minister of Power and Dr. Sam Amadi as Chairman of National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) saying it is a step in the right direction.
