In its quest to ensure speedy dispensation of cases in Lagos courts, the state judiciary has introduced the compulsory use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

The provision is part of the newly introduced High Court of Lagos State Civil Procedure rules 2012 which was launched by the chief judge of Lagos, Justice Ayotunde Phillips.

The family court civil procedures rules 2012 was also unveiled by the chief judge at a stakeholders summit.
