Adeyinka Ajayi the Chairman committee of aids and loans and a member of joint committee on the medium expenditure framework said there will always be a middle ground on issues of governance talking about the impasse on the 2013 budget between the executive and legislative arms of government.
He said while on board our breakfast show Sunrise Daily that the present executive arm of government delayed the 2013 budget in order to streamline their issues attached to budgeting so as not to have a poor presentation of the budget.
He however pointed out there other fundamental issues that have not been addressed and are quite critical which he explained.
