Novak Djokovic of Serbia issued a stark warning to the remaining players in the Wimbledon men’s singles tournament when he said that he thought he was even better than when he won the Wimbledon title in 2011.

Speaking after he had beaten German Tommy Haas in straight sets in the fourth round on Monday said he feels well about his game at the moment, because he knows that he is playing even better tennis in the Wimbledon 2013 than he played two years ago when he won the tournament.

Reiterating his position as number one of the world, Djokovic hinted that he has no reason to be concerned about his game.

The top seed faces Czech Tomas Berdych in the quarter-finals on Wednesday.

The player Djokovic beat in the 2011 final, Spaniard Rafael Nadal, has already been knocked out along with defending champion Roger Federer of Switzerland.
