The Supreme Court struck out a suit filed by the Lagos State Government challenging the constitutionality of the value added tax, VAT. On this edition of Law Weekly, we trace the development leading to the judgment of the supreme court on the constitutionality of the value added tax and the possible next steps.

On our interview segment, legal practitioner, Bamidele Aturu gave his perspective on what issues should concern the national conference.
