A socio-political group, the Kwara South Youth Consultative Forum, is canvassing for a second term in office for Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State.
Chairman of the forum, Kazeem Adekanye, in a press conference said that Governor Ahmed deserved a second term in office to enable him continue and complete the good work he had started for the people of Kwara State.
The group which described Governor Ahmed as “a performer and reformer per excellence”, appealed to well-meaning Kwara indigenes to drum support for actualisation of the return of Ahmed in 2015 as the Kwara State Governor irrespective of their political, religious and ethnic affiliation.
While enumerating various achievements of the governor in the state, the group hinged his performance on the laudable programmes of his party which they noted were progressive and people-friendly and therefore declared their total support for his party and government.
