Hundreds of women from Anambra Central Senatorial Zone of Anambra state have endorsed Victor Umeh, as the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Senatorial candidate for the zone.

Speaking during the occasion at Ojukwu Park, Awka, Anambra State, the wife of the governor, Mrs. Ebele Obiano, described Victor Umeh as a trusted voice that will give effective representation to not only the people of Anambra Central but to the entire Igbo nation, thereby urging the women to vote for him and all other APGA candidates.

Similarly, the candidate pledged total commitment to the course of women while offering his representation at the Senate if elected.

Mr. Umeh also assured the people of quality representation especially by giving a voice to issues concerning the Igbo people, women and youths in terms of empowerment.

The women stated clearly that their conviction for supporting Victor Umeh followed the exemplary leadership qualities he had shown which they knew would translate into effective representation in the Senate if elected.
