Nigeria’s D’tigress thrashed their West Africa neighbours, Cote d’Ivoire by 98-43 points to reach the semi-final of the 2017 FIFA women Afrobasket.
The victory means Nigeria has won all its games and is looking forward to land in the final of the competition.
D’tigress took the first and second quarters of the game with a 23-13 and 23-2 intimidating the Ivorian with their counter attacking ball play.
They wasted no time in the second half recording 25-17 in the third quarter and 27-11 in the fourth quarter.
Ezinne Kalu led the floor with 17 points, 3 rebounds and 8 assists.
