President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday attended a program of Interfaith Conference on Religious Harmony in Nigeria.
The program tagged, ‘Religious Harmony In Nigeria: Towards the 2019 General Election’ and organised by Interfaith Initiative for Peace (IIP) was held in Abuja.
The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby; Former Head of State General Yakubu Gowon; Former Head of State Abdulsalam Abubakar; Catholic Archbishop of Abuja John Cardinal Onaiyekan and the Sultan of Sokoto Alhaji Muhammad Saad Abubakar were at the event.
Also, the Secretary General of the Federation (SGF) Boss Mustapha; CJN Justice Walter Onnoghen; CAN President Reverend Supo Ayokunle; Anglican Archbishop of Abuja Province Bishop Nicholas Okoh and Secretary General Worldwide of Anglican Communion Archbishop Josiah Idowu-Fearon were also in attendance.
