Ogun Govt Introduces Mobile Advert Permit

The Ogun State Government has introduced a mobile advert permit in accordance with the provision of the state advertising and signage law of 2008.

This is towards stepping up the state’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).

The General Manager of the Agency, Fola Onifade said it became imperative in view of huge resources being lost by the state and the need to gear up revenue generation drive in the new year.

While promising strict enforcement of the new charges, he however promised that machinery has been put in place to ensure all leakages are blocked while the principles of transparency, accountability, and due diligence are not compromised in order to give value to the teeming population of residents of the state.
