Sunday night belonged to Dune as the sci-fi adaptation from Legendary and Warner Bros. took home six Oscars, winning in cinematography, editing, score, visual effects, production design and sound.

Will Smith was also the biggest event of a busy Academy Award ceremony that saw him jump on stage and slap Chris Rock and an otherwise heartfelt apology speech after accepting his first Academy Award for acting in a leading role to cap the night up.
