The National Chairman of the Action Democratic Party (ADP), Yabagi Sani, says some northerners are angry with President Bola Tinubu for the “unprecedented poverty” experienced in the region in the last 22 months since the ex-Lagos governor assumed office as Nigeria’s leader.

Sani, who was a guest on Channels Television’s Political Paradigm programme on Tuesday, said the anger against the president is being transferred to his son, Seyi, whose philanthropic gesture has been criticised by some northern personalities.
